Celebrate Christmas in the Country at the beautiful Woodhouse Mountain Lodge. Nestled in the Matakana hinterland on 100 acres of private land, there is no better place to unwind and relax this Christmas. Offering unpretentious service in a paradise-like setting and set high above the surrounding land, privacy is guaranteed, and views extend as far as the Hauraki Gulf. Each of our 18 villas enjoys private views across the Lodge grounds towards the vineyards of the Matakana Coast and to the sea and the islands of the Hauraki Gulf. Nestled amongst landscaped grounds with beautiful native tree plantings, the setting is conducive to total relaxation.

Inclusions:

• 2 nights’ accommodation in one of our beautifully appointed villas, with views down the valley and out to the Hauraki Gulf from 24th December - 26th December.

• Inclusive of a platter and bubbles on arrival, dinner both evenings, a Christmas cocktail hour beverage on us, and full use of facilities: hot tub, sauna, pool, and tennis courts.

  FRIDAY, 25 DECEMBER 2026

  • Christmas Day begins with a full breakfast and a good morning coffee served in the main Lodge.

  • Make full use of our hot tub, sauna, and swimming pool, as well as our in-ground tennis court.

  • From 2pm, we invite you for a Christmas-themed cocktail hour in the Lodge.

  • Followed by a family-style Christmas Day lunch.

  • Late-night platters are available.

  • Breakfast & coffee are served in the Lodge Conservatory.

  • Enjoy the surrounding grounds
